Training and Nutrition Schedule

Eat preferably an hour or a half before training. Food should contain the right carbohydrates. You can’t exercise on an empty stomach.

After training, a light snack is possible. To increase muscle mass after strength training, you need to eat protein and amino acids. After a cardio workout, you can drink fresh juice, eat an apple and a light salad.
