𝐃𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐬: The fun part of this class is that we can all see each other so having your camera on is required to preserve the culture at the workout. To get full guidance such as form correction or even confirmation that you are performing the exercise correctly, make sure that you frame up your camera in a way that he can CLEARLY SEE YOU in your workout area.
It is also important to make sure you PUT YOUR NAME on your zoom account so he can properly address you for any guidance.
Full Experience: Use your laptop and connect it to your TV through HDMI or Apple Airplay / Mirroring and select “Gallery View” in the upper right-hand corner to see everyone in the class at the same time! It really feels like you’re in a studio class 🙂
𝗪𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠: Water bottle, sweat towel, & YOU in your comfy activewear! If you have a mat, you can use it, but it’s not required. Shoes are always are a plus for extra support. Also if you do have bands, a kettlebell, or dumbbells, please bring them to your workout area. If you don’t have dumbbells, get creative and use cans, water bottles, or anything that can add extra resistance to your workout. We like to have fun and see how resourceful everyone is.
